Tell us what happened and where you got stuck. Include your app version, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot is useful if it does not show private information.
Never send your Apple password, payment details, private journal or full backup unless we have agreed on a secure recovery process.
Keep your progress safe
Use Profile → Export backup to save a copy of your local data. If the app reports a recovery problem, export the preserved file before making changes. Avoid uninstalling the app or deleting local records while investigating missing progress.
Accounts and Apple sign-in
KeenRead starts with an anonymous account. Connect Sign in with Apple in Profile if you want to recover that account on another device. If you already used the same Apple account with KeenRead, signing in can join the saved records.
Restore a subscription
Open the premium screen and choose Restore purchases, using the Apple account that made the purchase. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet. Contact us if the active subscription is still unavailable.
Cancel or request a refund
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions, or open Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting KeenRead or its account does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete an account
In KeenRead Profile, choose Delete account and review the confirmation. This removes active server records and lets you remove local data and backups. For a privacy request or help accessing a deleted account’s remaining records, email us. Read the privacy policy for backup and analytics retention details.
How the book content is made
Each book in KeenRead is our own short retelling of its key ideas, written by the KeenRead team in our own words, with original examples, quizzes and narration. We do not reproduce passages from the books or use their covers, and KeenRead is not affiliated with the authors or publishers. Read more in the terms; rights holders can write to us at the address above.
Languages and book content
Interface language and book language are separate settings. The interface supports English, Russian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Indonesian and Thai. Books are available in Russian, English, Indonesian and Thai; choose the book language in Profile. Narration is added to reels as it becomes ready. Choosing an interface language does not change the book language automatically.
